As a part of the Network Operations team, your role will involve developing structures, processes, and capabilities for managing and monitoring telecommunications networks. You will be aligned with the Telecom Operations vertical and responsible for ensuring that we maintain a robust common integration framework to help communications clients address challenges and improve their margins, asset realization, customer service, revenues, overall costs, and sales cycles. Your responsibilities will primarily include:
- Solving routine problems using precedent and general guidelines.
- Interacting primarily within your team and direct supervisor.
- Receiving detailed instructions on all tasks.
