- One of the primary responsibilities of the role is to comprehend project requirements and diligently complete all tasks delegated by the Supervisor.
- As a Graduate Engineer, you will work alongside experienced staff members and gain practical experience by shadowing them, asking pertinent questions, and providing support wherever necessary.
- Additionally, you will be encouraged to express your opinions and suggest improvements that can enhance the quality of the project.
- This may involve conducting research and visiting sites to obtain a better understanding of the project. It is important to adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism and diligence while conducting your work.
- To supplement your training, you will participate in meetings, workshops, and other training initiatives.
- You will be expected to analyse data, prepare detailed reports, and share your findings with your Supervisor and other relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, building strong relationships with colleagues and maintaining a professional demeanour are integral components of this position.
