Roles and Responsibilities:
Amazon is seeking candidates to monitor pricing parameters and audit operations to ensure the best prices and great selection for customers in a virtual global e-commerce environment.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Ability to follow SOPs and execute high judgement actions with accuracy
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including night shifts
- Availability to work from home with uninterrupted internet connectivity and a ‘work-like’ environment
- Access to desktop/laptop and familiarity with internet browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office
- Home environment free from background noise, with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps speed and 100 GB data), mobile phone, and power backup
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
- Statistical knowledge on averages, trends, outliers, charting, etc.
- Work experience in online retail operations or similar fields
