Basic Qualifications
- Commerce graduate with 0 – 3 years of experience
- CA / CFA / CPA / MBA, or advanced degree in finance or related field preferred

Requirements:
- Prior experience of performing these activities for Alternative asset managers
- Understanding of private equity, credit and hedge fund strategies
- Strong finance / accounting acumen ‐ quickly be able to understand the requirements and its complexities
- Experience and/or knowledge of downstream and upstream activities in the fund accounting value chain
- Strong interpersonal skills‐ ability to work well across teams / geographies
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Powepoint,
- Experience with Investran, Geneva is a plus
- Clear intellectual curiosity with the drive and potential to succeed in a fast‐paced work environment, having shown comfort with the ambiguity of an evolving, dynamic firm
- Self‐starter who is detail oriented, very organized and pro‐active in executing responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage and complete multiple priorities on time with minimal direction
- Willing to work beyond normal business hours
