This function typically falls under the responsibility of the human resources (HR) department, and its significance cannot be overstated.
About the role: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting, tracking, coordinating, and interviewing candidates until they are successfully onboarded.
- Source suitable profiles based on the organization’s requirements.
- Schedule and brief candidates about the job profile.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders when necessary.
- Drive the entire recruitment process.
- Capture and update data using the Management Information System (MIS).
- Perform other HR activities as needed.
