As a Trainee, your responsibilities will include providing backend support for support functions such as JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and handling email queries.
Additionally, you will be involved in savings coordination, key figure analysis, budget/forecasting, management reports, and presentations.
Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of management reports will be part of your role, along with the development of MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations and system maintenance.
Collaborating with the reporting manager and business units, you will address any customer service delivery issues.
Continuously following up and resolving pending queries, you will provide recommendations to enhance reporting efficiency and consistency.
To excel in this role, excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills are recommended.
To be eligible for the program, an individual must meet the following requirements:
A bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and basic knowledge of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint is expected.
Flexibility to work night shifts or early morning shifts is necessary. We believe that extraordinary minds, not superheroes, make a difference.
