Eligibility & Skills
- Role : Associate / Sr. Associate
- Nature of Job : Resolving the queries of the customers via chat
- Qualification : Any Arts and Science and Engineering graduates can apply
- Should have excellent English communication in verbal and written
- Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support
- Should know how to handle the customers and resolve there issues
- Should have typing speed of min 30wpm with 90% accuracy
- Should be flexible with rotational shifts
- Two way cab will be provided for all shifts (pickup & Drop)
- 5 days working 2 days off
- Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai (work from office)
- Fresher Salary – CTC 2.5 LPA | +6 months Experienced Salary – CTC 3 LPA
