Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Technical knowledge in troubleshooting base operating system issues: The candidate should possess technical knowledge in troubleshooting base operating system issues and be eager to learn new technologies.
- Troubleshooting skills in Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, etc. over remote support: The candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, etc., over remote support.
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails in a timely manner: A customer support representative should be prompt in answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails in a timely manner.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints: The candidate should be able to manage and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Identifying and escalating issues to supervisors as and when needed: The candidate should be able to identify and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
- Routing calls and tickets to appropriate resources and domains who can best support the user: The candidate should be able to route calls and tickets to appropriate resources and domains who can best support the user.
- Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures: The candidate should be able to document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Recognizing, documenting, and alerting the management team of trends in customer calls: The candidate should be able to recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
- Creating SOPs for new issues and resolutions given: The candidate should be able to create SOPs for new issues and resolutions given.
- Completing call logs and reports: A customer support representative should be able to complete call logs and reports accurately.
