Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Coordinates the Executive’s Calendar, including making reservations for travel and accommodations as needed, to ensure their schedule runs efficiently
- Good Time-management skills, ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
- Effectively works with other EAs in scheduling and coordination for meetings and other needs
- Previous experience working within a global environment providing management support to Senior Leaders
- Provides high-level professional support to the professionals at the senior level
- Manage end-to-end travel plans efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport, and hotels
- Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence
- Communicate with the person traveling regularly to keep them updated on logistics
- Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner
- Handle visa applications and formalities promptly
